Due to global shipping delays we can only give an estimate of when your product will be delivered. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed.
Any Brokerage Fees, Duties, taxes, and VAT's are the sole responsibility of the customer and are due upon receipt of the package. We DO NOT PREPAY the taxes, but you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering. Please note any packages which are not accepted and returned FOR ANY REASON to us will result in forfeiture of the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any additional fees for the shipping to and from your location and deducted from your refund amount.

On TheCompetitiveEdge.com orders, the customers will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail. However, when an order is drop shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, an e-mail notification may not be provided.
UPS only ships to street addresses and will not ship to a PO Box.
Every effort is made to process and ship in-stock items the day the order is received. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. PST time will ship the following business day. For urgent deliveries, please call to confirm shipping.
A back order notification will be sent on any item that is not in stock.
